The mission of ND Ministries is to create neighborhoods 
For the City As a Neighbor In Community
. ND Ministries supports and develops new GREAT Neighborhoods that provide sustainable, high-quality, affordable, resident-supported housing.  ND Ministries  partners with and provides technical assistance to local churches and other ministry groups across the country to support and develop these GREAT Neighborhoods.

Our vision is the establishment and successful a network of  GREAT Neighborhoods in each metropolitan region of the United States that would serve to seek the total peace and prosperity of its residents, neighbors and region by the life principles found in Bible underlying the GREAT Neighborhood model.

Our group values biblical, reconciling, Kingdom communities that serve the poor, love their neighbors, and practice grace through intentional community and affordable housing ministry. ND Ministries serves to glorify God by proclaiming and demonstrating the good news of God's kingdom and striving for excellence in grace through all it does. ND Ministries' values are grounded in Biblical principles, with a special focus on Jeremiah 29 (seeking the peace and prosperity of the city), Luke 10 (loving your neighbor as your self), and  Acts 2 (living together in true community).

Jeremiah 29 - "“Build houses and settle down; plant gardens and eat what they produce ... seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.”"

Luke 10 - " But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?” In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he fell into the hands of robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, took him to an inn and took care of him. The next day he took out two silver coins and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’“Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.” Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”"

Acts 2 - "All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people."
