Andrew Robinson

Andrew oversees Mosaic CCDA’s day-to-day operations and develops strategic partnerships and funding to provide job training and work opportunities to unemployed and underemployed workers in Benton Harbor and Berrien County, Michigan. He most recently served as executive pastor and chief operating officer of Evangel Ministries, Inc. in Detroit. He was also managing director of E.M.E.R.G., Inc. (Evangel Ministries Economic Restoration Group) and was instrumental in managing collaborative partnerships with urban restoration activities involving Urban Ministries, Inc., Made to Flourish, Kern Family Foundation, SOAR Literacy program, the Detroit Economic Development Corporation and Life Remodeled. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Grand Valley State University, Allendale,Mich., and a Master of Arts degree in Medieval Studies from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Mich.

James R. Bergdoll

Jim is a seasoned developer with experience in neighborhood revitalization and planning. He was one of the founding members and paid Project Coordinator for Temescal Commons Cohousing in Oakland (where he still lives), and has subsequently helped several other cohousing groups through Neighborhood Development Ministries. Jim developed single- and multi-family affordable housing as Director of Real Estate for Housing Hampton Roads, (Virginia), and as Vice President for Housing Development at Habitat for Humanity East Bay (California). More recently he worked as an independent consultant with multi-family rental developments and planning entitlements, and in local government housing program planning/management. His expertise includes project financing, land acquisition, government relations, project approvals and community planning. Jim earned a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Master of City Planning from the University of California at Berkeley.


Carrie Sanders

Carrie is CEO and Founder of Hope Community Capital LLC. Previously Carrie has been the Director of Lending and the Director of Structured Community Finance for a statewide CDFI where she managed the organization’s community development consulting practice, providing consulting to mission-based organizations to access the capital for high impact projects. Carrie was also the Director of Community & Economic Development at Nehemiah Community Development Corp. Carrie is a graduate of William Jewell College and holds a Master's degree in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Sandra Acosta

Sandra is Principal at AIM Development Group. AIM Development Group provides a full range of strategic planning, predevelopment and development services to for profit businesses, not for profit organizations, and municipalities seeking to conceptualize and implement site specific developments or broader housing, neighborhood and economic development initiatives. Previously Sandra served as Vice President of New York City Housing Partnership. Sandra has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from the New School For Social Research.

Ravi Waldon

Ravi currently is Principal and Faith-Based Practice Leader at Michael Graves Architecture & Design. Michael Graves Architecture & Design is one of the leading design practices in the world, offering services in architecture, product design, interior design, master planning, graphic design and branding. Previously Ravi was Owner and Founder of Waldon Studio Architects & Planners. Ravi holds a Bachelors of Architecture degree from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Business, Real Estate and Urban Development Planning from American University.

Eliza Cortés Bast

Eliza Cortés Bast is a Reformed Church in America pastor and denominational executive dedicated to helping churches think missionally. She currently serves as Senior Director of Programming at Stonecroft, which is focused on loving women toward Jesus and seeing hundreds of thousands of women, spanning all ages and circumstances, bravely step into the extraordinary purpose God has for them. She previously served as Supervisor of Strategic Ministry Initiatives and Local Missional Engagement at the RCA. Eliza is a graduate of Bethel College and holds her Masters Degree from Regent University and a Doctor of Education from Cornerstone University.

Heather Caudill

Heather serves as Director at AIM Development Group which is a Planning and Real Estate Development Consulting firm that provides a full range of housing, economic development and neighborhood studies, strategic planning and program development services and real estate development support. Previously Heather's career centered in the education field, serving as Founder and Data Administrator of La Cima Elementary Charter School and as Director of Assessment for the New York City Center for Charter School Excellence. Prior to that Heather was in the engineering field. Heather is a AICP Certified planner. Heather holds her Bachelor degree from Furman University and her Master of Science from Georgia State University.

Maggie J. Parker

Maggie is principal of Innovan Neighborhoods which is a people-centered development and consulting firm with a mission to advance community-anchored real estate development through innovative, collaborative solutions. Previously Maggie served as the first manager and later director of The Real Estate Council’s Community Fund in Dallas. Maggie is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and holds a Master’s degree in public administration and city and regional planning from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Clarkston Morgan

Clarkston is Founder and CEO of Ambassador Consultants LLC which establishes strategic relationships between organizations (nonprofits and churches) and corporations to see mutually beneficial increases in market share and funds to benefit the quality of life for families in the community. Formerly Clarkston was Senior Director of Partnerships and Church Engagement for Our Daily Bread Ministries. He also has experience in public service and private business, serving as Planning Commissioner of Kentwood City and COO of a construction firm. Clarkston is a graduate of Grand Valley State University.

David Mitchell

David is principal at Interactive Consulting and Brand New Consulting which works with marketing and creative services, graphic design, writing, exhibit design, web design, presentation development, event development and start-up identity development and communications. David is a graduate of Bucknell University.

Jonathan Banks

Jonathan Banks is the Chief Operating Officer at Urban Outreach Foundation. Jonathan has served as Director of Ministry at his home church in Chicago and coaches an international group of pastors and leaders in the areas of community engagement, leadership development and youth empowerment. Jonathan is an established author - in his book, Raise Your GPA: God’s Way to Win at School and Life, Banks uses biblical principles to demonstrate that God has designed each of us for success. Jonathan has is Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and his MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Anne Gerrietts

Anne is a church building consultant serving church councils and building committees about steps in the process, timeline, and costs of potential building projects. She assists leaders of congregations in determining their mission and vision (strategic plans) and provides guidance in hiring the correct professionals for their specific projects. Advise on how to market possible projects to congregations. Anne is also a LEED AP and assists in identifying energy savings and green building projects. Previously Anne served as Director of Business Development for Creation Care at Episcopal Church Building Fund and with Mission Investment Fund of the ELCA in America. Anne holds a Bachelor of Art degree from Augustana University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Joshua Hayashi

Joshua is Principal Consultant at Hoku'iwa. Hoku'iwa is a consulting firm that exists to serve the church and neighborhood by creating and executing multi-stakeholder plans for Kingdom blessing. Joshua is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. Joshua also serves as a Middle School Chaplin and has worked with at-risk youth in various counseling roles. Joshua is a graduate of Bethel College and holds a Masters of Divinity from Regent College.

Ken Howard

Ken is an ordained faith leader, Author, Researcher, Serial Entrepreneur/Innovator. In 2016 Ken launched The FaithX Project., a faith-based non-profit consulting, research, and resource development practice and has so far helped hundreds of congregations, judicatories, and faith organizations survive and thrive by better understanding and engaging missional opportunities in their communities through data-grounded discernment, planning, and programs. Ken has launched two Episcopal congregations including a successful startup, and has been involved in several congregational redevelopment projects. One of his many publications is "Grounding Discernment in Data: Strategic Missional Planning Using GIS Technology and Market Segmentation Data." Ken holds a Masters of Education from the Virginia Commonwealth University, and a M.Div from Virginia Theological Seminary.

Andre White

Andre is founder of Mitchelville Real Estate Group which serves as an advisor to for-profit/non-profit organizations and private landowners across the country in the planning, development and acquisition of affordable and market-rate housing along with other real estate asset classes. Previously, André worked as a developer, project manager and consultant on single-family, multi-family, mixed-use, affordable/market-rated housing and master planning projects for for-profit, non-profit and municipal development entities. Prior to real estate, André worked in Investment Banking and Fixed-Income Trading. Andre holds a Master of Design Studies in Real Estate with a concentration in development, investment and housing from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from South Carolina State University.

John J. Lewis III

John is Founder of New Paths Development & Consulting is a full service minority owned and operated financial consultant and developer specializing in church financing options. John is experienced in all phases of construction, residential and commercial lending, marketing and sales. John also has experience in corporate business serving as the Director of Global Procurement for one of the world’s largest apparel, footwear and accessories companies. John is a graduate of Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business.
